Happy International Women's Day and Women's Month!

At PUSH, we celebrate the achievements and contributions of women, we also recognize the work that still needs to be done to achieve gender equality.

We are committed to creating a workplace that values diversity and inclusivity, and to supporting initiatives that empower women in our industry and beyond. Let's continue to push for progress and equality for all women.

One way we are supporting women is by highlighting their achievements and contributions on our blog. In honor of Women's Month, we will be featuring interviews with women in the tech industry who are making a difference and breaking barriers. We hope these stories will inspire and empower others to pursue their passions and make an impact in their own way.

We also believe in the importance of education and access to opportunities. That's why we are partnering with organizations that promote STEM education and provide mentorship and networking opportunities for women. By supporting these initiatives, we hope to help close the gender gap in the tech industry and create a more diverse and inclusive community.

In addition, we are committed to promoting gender equality within our own company.

We have implemented policies and practices to ensure that women have the same opportunities for growth and advancement as their male counterparts. We also provide resources and support for working parents, including flexible schedules and parental leave.

As we reflect on the achievements of women throughout history and in our own lives, let's also remember that there is still much work to be done. By working together and supporting one another, we can create a more equitable and just world for all women.

As part of our commitment to supporting diversity and inclusivity, we are also exploring ways to address the unique challenges faced by women of color, LGBTQ+ women, and women with disabilities in the tech industry. We recognize that these groups face additional barriers to entry and advancement, and we are committed to creating a more welcoming and supportive environment for all.

In addition to our internal efforts, we are also advocating for policy changes that promote gender equality and support women's rights. This includes advocating for equal pay, reproductive rights, and protections against gender-based discrimination and harassment. We believe that these issues are not just women's issues, but human rights issues, and we will continue to use our platform to raise awareness and push for change.

Finally, we want to recognize and express our gratitude to the women who have paved the way for us and continue to inspire us today. From trailblazers like Ada Lovelace and Grace Hopper, to modern-day leaders like Sheryl Sandberg and Malala Yousafzai, women have made invaluable contributions to every aspect of society. We are proud to stand with them and contribute to a more equal and just future.
